The index in numbers
Every figure below is calculated from the PEOPLE database in your browser — nothing is hard-coded, so the charts stay true as the index grows.
Transparency
CelebIndex is a discovery index for notable public figures. This build ships with a curated starter dataset stored directly in the page — it is not a complete record of every notable person, and it is not connected to a live external database.
Every portrait on this site is a freely licensed Wikimedia Commons photograph (public domain or Creative Commons), credited to its photographer with its licence. Names below link to the original file page for full attribution.
Search the index
Search and filter everyone in the index. Counts and ages update instantly in your browser.
Sponsored Discovery — paid placements, always labelled. They never affect the organic results below, or anyone's ranking in them.
Know a public figure who belongs in the Index but isn't here yet? Tap Invite to copy a ready-to-send invitation — it carries the Get Featured link, where they or their team can put a profile forward. Every profile is editorially reviewed before it joins the Index.
No one in the starter dataset matches that combination. Try a shorter name, a different category, or clear the filters.
For public figures & their teams
Think you — or someone you represent — belongs in the index? Here is exactly what the editors look for, and the one combined form, plan and checkout.
Profile subscription
One subscription covers one profile and bills monthly until cancelled. Checkout is hosted by Stripe — card details never touch CelebIndex, and no subscription is ever shown as active until the payment provider confirms it.
CelebIndex lists public figures with reliable published coverage behind them. Every fact on a profile is checked against sources — there are no paid placements and no invented statistics.
Full name, exact birthday, birthplace, nationality, professions, and the achievements that matter — each with a source link an editor can open and verify.
A freely licensed photo (for example Wikimedia Commons) or one you own the rights to, with the photographer credit and licence. Unlicensed press photos can't be used.
Approved profiles are written up in the index's style and published at their own address — celebindex.org/yourname — and join the Featured rotation.

The foundation every featured profile stands on
Your public-figure profile in the index at its own celebindex.org address, with the standard profile management tools and a Creator Dashboard — including the Creator Rewards view counters and earnings tracking.
Always included in your plan
Recurring monthly billing until cancelled — cancel any time from your Creator Dashboard. Taxes may apply and are calculated at checkout. Checkout is hosted by Stripe; card details never touch CelebIndex. Payment buys the subscription and an editorial review — never approval, a verification badge, favourable treatment or organic ranking.
Checkout runs through the CelebIndex backend with Stripe. If payments are not connected on this deployment yet, the button above will tell you plainly and nothing will be charged — it will never show a fake success.
Creator Rewards
We'll Pay You $5 Per 1K Profile Views. Build your profile. Grow your audience. Get rewarded for your reach.
The rate
Eligible earnings = validated eligible views × $0.005. The maths is exact and done server-side in integer units — never rounded in the house's favour:
A profile's earnings become eligible for withdrawal once it reaches 1,000 validated views, and a payout can be requested once the approved balance reaches $5. Nothing here promises traffic, search ranking or earnings — reach is earned by the profile, we just pay for the validated part of it.
How this stays honest: view counts and earnings are recorded by the CelebIndex backend service, not in this page. On a deployment where the backend is not connected yet, counters stay hidden and the dashboard shows its setup state — no earnings, views or payments are ever simulated.
Creator
Your profiles, validated views, rewards and payouts — served by the CelebIndex backend, for your account only.
Creators sign in with an email link — no password to remember, nothing extra to leak. Use the email tied to your profile or subscription.

The utilities from your plan. Access is enforced by the backend against your provider-confirmed subscription — a tool unlocks only while the feature is actually paid for, and locks again if the subscription ends. Subscription charges and Creator Rewards earnings are separate records; one is never subtracted from the other.
Upload press assets for a profile whose plan includes the EPK Suite. Images, documents and audio only — 25MB per file, 50MB for audio. Files are stored under server-generated names; the download links can be handed straight to press and bookers.
Inquiries sent through the Secured Booking Gateway on your profiles. Your email address is never shown to senders, and spam controls filter the obvious junk — no filter can promise to catch everything.
Measured server-side data for profiles whose plan includes analytics. Anything CelebIndex does not measure is stated plainly rather than estimated into existence.
Your placement appears in the clearly labelled Sponsored Discovery row on the Celebrity Search page. It never affects organic results or rankings, and implies no verification or editorial endorsement.
